Designed exclusively for women travellers, the Women Special Golden Triangle Tour covers the iconic trio of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur over 5 nights and 6 days — blending India’s most celebrated heritage with safety, comfort and genuine cultural depth.
This is not a standard sightseeing package with a pink label. Every element — from the pace of the itinerary to the choice of hotels, shopping stops and evening experiences — has been planned with women travellers at the centre. Whether you are a solo woman, travelling with friends, on a mother-daughter trip, or organising an all-women group departure, this itinerary is built for you.
Destinations: Delhi — Agra — Jaipur
Duration: 5 Nights / 6 Days
Best Time to Travel: October to March
Tour Type: Private | Women-Only | Fully Guided
India’s Golden Triangle is one of the most visited travel circuits in the world — and one of the most enriching. But the experience changes dramatically when an itinerary is planned specifically for women. You move at a pace that allows real cultural immersion. You visit markets with a guide who knows which vendors are trustworthy. You stay in hotels verified for safety and quality. You spend evenings in spaces that are welcoming rather than just convenient.
The Women Special Golden Triangle Tour by Squid Travel India is built on those principles from the ground up.
Arrive in Delhi and meet your Squid Travel India representative for a smooth transfer to your hotel. After freshening up, enjoy a relaxed introductory drive past India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan — the perfect gentle introduction to the scale and energy of the capital.
Women’s Special Activity: Evening café time at a women-friendly lounge or high-street café in Delhi — a relaxed setting for your group to connect before the journey begins.
Overnight in Delhi.
After breakfast, explore Old Delhi — one of Asia’s most layered and alive historic quarters. Rickshaw through Chandni Chowk, pause at Jama Masjid, and absorb the sensory richness of one of India’s oldest bazaars. Continue to Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar in New Delhi — both UNESCO World Heritage Sites with stories that span centuries.
Women’s Special Activity: A guided shopping walk through Chandni Chowk focused on ethnic wear, bangles, scarves, spices and souvenirs — with your guide helping you navigate to trusted, fixed-price vendors and the best local street food stops.
Overnight in Delhi.
After breakfast, travel comfortably to Agra — approximately 230 km, around 4 hours — the city of timeless Mughal architecture and one of the world’s most iconic skylines.
On arrival, begin sightseeing at Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was the royal residence of the Mughal emperors. Beyond its grand architecture, the fort holds remarkable stories of the royal women of the Mughal era — queens, consorts and daughters whose lives shaped the dynasty.
Later, visit Mehtab Bagh — the landscaped garden across the Yamuna River with panoramic views of the Taj Mahal. It is quieter, less crowded and perfect for relaxed photography and reflection.
Women-Focused Experiences in Agra:
Overnight in Agra.
Rise early for the centrepiece of the entire tour — a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. In the soft golden light of dawn, the monument is at its most serene, most beautiful and least crowded. This is the moment most women travellers remember for the rest of their lives.
Women’s Special Experience: Dress in traditional Indian attire — saree or ethnic dress — and enjoy a professional photo session in front of the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Photography assistance is available on request.
Return to your hotel for breakfast, check out, and drive towards Jaipur — the Pink City of Rajasthan. En route, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose grand gateways, royal courtyards and spiritual spaces tell the stories of Mughal queens and the women of the royal household.
Arrive in Jaipur and check in to your hotel.
Women-Centric Evening in Jaipur:
Overnight in Jaipur.
Explore Jaipur’s most iconic landmarks with a professional guide. Visit Amber Fort with a jeep ride up to the hilltop entrance, walk through the City Palace, and stop for photographs at Hawa Mahal — the Palace of Winds, designed specifically so royal women could observe the city while remaining unseen.
Women’s Special Activity: A guided bazaar tour through Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar — famous for gemstone jewellery, block-printed textiles, handicrafts and traditional mojris. Optional mehndi (henna) application and traditional Rajasthani dress photo session available.
Overnight in Jaipur.
After breakfast, transfer to Jaipur Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey — taking with you a collection of experiences, photographs and friendships that will last far longer than the tour.

You start your journey in Delhi which stands as the Indian capital on the very first day. Our team will meet you at any airport, railway station or hotel to perform your transfer. The first establishment during our visit will be India Gate which stands as a war memorial dedicated to Indian soldiers. Our Delhi Agra tour moves onward from the Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament House which function as the political heart of India. The tour includes everything from the architectural wonders of Humayun's tomb to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Qutab Minar featuring its elevated tower. The Lotus Temple, a Bahá'í House of Worship, serves as a peaceful afternoon destination. One can discover Indian traditional street food at Chandni Chowk after touring Delhi city. The sightseeing tour starts on the following day after hotel checkout and includes a night stay in Delhi at your hotel.
Our first stop leaves Delhi very early in the morning for a 3-4 hour drive that takes us on the Yamuna Expressway to Agra. Once we reach our destination we go directly to view the Taj Mahal which stands among the Seven Wonders of the World. The UNESCO World Heritage Site serves as a beloved architectural wonder built from white marble by Emperor Shah Jahan to honour his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Our walkthrough of the Taj Mahal includes an exploration of Agra Fort because this Red Sandstone Fort House served as the Mughal emperor's main fortress territory. Viewpoints facing the Taj Mahal decorate this UNESCO World Heritage Site through the complex's windows and balconies. The evening finds us at Mehtab Bagh which lies across the Yamuna River with a view of the Taj Mahal. From Mehtab Bagh visitors can observe an amazing sunset lighting the Taj Mahal. Your accommodation will follow your sightseeing journey in the Agra Hotel for one night.
We end our journey by visiting Itimad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb which serves as the 'Baby Taj' due to its comparable white marble construction. The lesser-known monument stands as Agra's best-kept secret.
Afterwards, we visit Agra markets to bargain and purchase leather products and marble trinkets along with local crafts. Our expedition continues towards Delhi after we finish lunch.
Depending on the choice of the hotel included in the Delhi Agra Tour Package and the transport, the cost varies. We offer the best price; please contact us.
