From there, we will visit the Mahatma Gandhi memorial in Raj Ghat, Humayun’s tomb, Lotus Temple, and Qutub Minar. Later on, we will explore the buildings that are the pride of our nation, i.e., The President’s House, The Parliament House, and India Gate.

It’s Day 3. Finish your scrumptious breakfast quickly as we will be proceeding towards Agra, the city of the Taj. Besides the Taj Mahal, it is the home of Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri.  These three Mughal-era buildings are listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and due to this Agra has now become a world-famous tourist spot.

We will start our journey from the Taj Mahal, which is recognized as the Symbol of Love. The beautiful creation was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in loving memory of his beautiful wife, Mumtaz Mahal. You can visit here on any day of the week except Friday. It’s our guarantee that you will be mesmerized by the beauty and elegance of the Taj Mahal. No worries, everyone does.

Now, will get ready to see another exceptional creation of the Mughal era. It’s Agra Fort. Yes, our next destination in the city will be Agra Fort. The historical fort was built by Emperor Akbar and is a great example of Mughal architecture. Later on, we will be heading towards the tomb of Etimad-ud-Daula which is also famous with the name “Baby Taj”, and “Jewel Box”. The tomb is regarded as a blueprint of the Taj Mahal.

Get up and finish your Rajasthani-flavored breakfast. The day will start with the Amber fort sightseeing. The fort was built by Raja Man Singh in the 16th century. If you are interested in an elephant ride at Amber fort, you could go for it. This ride is chargeable. Your next destination will be two famous monuments i.e., Jal Mahal (Water Palace) and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Wind).

In the afternoon, we will take you to the City Palace and Museum. Designed by Jai Singh, City Palace-conceived is considered an excellent architectural landmark in the city. This palace is an ideal blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. How could we ignore exploring Jantar Mantar, an outstanding astronomical observatory? So, that will be our next destination.

Take breakfast and get ready for the trip to the famous Birla Temple and the Monkey Temple (Galta Ji). The trip to Rajasthan will end here. From here, we will take you to Delhi from where you have to board a train to Varanasi. Till evening, we will reach the New Delhi Railway Station. We have already booked your seat on the “Shiv Ganga Express” (Train No. 02560). The departure time of this train is 20:05 hrs. from New Delhi station and the arrival time in Varanasi is at 06:25 hrs. This is an overnight journey.

Welcome to Varanasi.  From Varanasi Railway Station, we will take you to the hotel (Early check-in will be subject to availability). On the first day of the Varanasi trip, we will arrange a visit to Bharat Mata Temple, Durga temple, and Tulsi Manas mandir. The next destination will be the renowned BHU (Banaras Hindu University). Later on, we will move towards Kashi Vishwanath Temple and then to the hotel room.  Relax for some time.

The evening will be booked for Ganga Aarti. Hence, our next visit will be to the holy Ganges. This fire ritual is performed around sunset by seven priests using fire, chanting, bells, flowers, etc. To witness the Ganga aarti, thousands of people from all across the world gather at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Basically, the Aarti will be performed to ask the Holy Gages for her blessings. After being a witness of this spiritual evening, we will return to the hotel. Evening time is free. The boat excursion in the early morning on the river Ganges is an amazing experience. On the trip, you can view the bathing Ghats in Varanasi and the cremation site. After breakfast, get ready for heading toward Sarnath, a place popular for the stupa, the ruins, the Buddhist temple, and the museum.  In the deer park of Sarnath, Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. By afternoon, we will take you to the Varanasi airport to board your flight to Delhi. On arrival at the capital city of India, board your onward flight.
