  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the package, destination, and proximity to the travel date, and will be communicated at the time of booking or in the package-specific policy.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, payment gateway fees, and any non-refundable third-party costs (such as airline or hotel cancellation fees).
  • No refund shall be applicable for no-shows, unused services, or voluntary early departure from a tour.
  1. Amendments & Rescheduling
  • Requests to amend travel dates, destinations, or traveler names are subject to availability and may attract additional charges levied by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
  • Squid Travel India will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests but does not guarantee availability at the originally quoted price.
  1. Travel Documents & Eligibility
  • Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and any destination-specific permits required for domestic or international travel.
  • Squid Travel India may assist with visa documentation as an added service, but final approval rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate. We are not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or denial of entry by immigration authorities.
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to check passport validity, vaccination requirements, and travel advisories before departure.
  1. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
  • While Squid Travel India strives to deliver services as per the confirmed itinerary, changes may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, transport strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
  • In such cases, Squid Travel India will make reasonable efforts to offer suitable alternatives, but shall not be liable for additional costs, delays, or losses arising from such events.
  1. Traveler Responsibilities & Conduct

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Squid Travel India acts as a booking facilitator and intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, local operators). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of such third parties.
  • Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid by the traveler for the specific service in question and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and related risks.
